The beautiful fall weather provided a perfect opportunity for some backwoods off-road training and familiarization with 56-96, the Pleasant Valley Fire District’s Utility Task Vehicle (UTV), commonly known as a side-by-side (SxS).
Members took advantage of the 10-mile Horse Loop Trail off Melville Road in Pleasant Valley to become more familiar with the vehicle and the terrain it may be called upon to navigate.
Training like this helps ensure our members are prepared to respond when emergencies take us off the beaten path!
