| The Pleasant Valley Fire District is proud to announce that PVFD Firefighter/EMT Wayne Sauer has been honored as the Dutchess County BLS Provider of the Year.
Wayne’s recognition reflects his exceptional dedication to the Pleasant Valley community. In addition to nearly 40 years of service as a firefighter and EMT, he has been actively involved with the Pleasant Valley Food Pantry, The Lending Closet, and the Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church.
Throughout his career, Wayne has also served in multiple leadership roles within the Salt Point Fire Company and the District’s EMS Division, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to both service and leadership.
This award is a well-deserved acknowledgment of Wayne’s outstanding contributions to the community.
