The Pleasant Valley Fire Company #1 Ladies Auxiliary organizes several fundraisers each year to support the needs of the fire company and its members.

Last year, the Auxiliary launched a special project by creating a calendar featuring the dedicated men and women who work to keep the community safe. The calendar also highlights the equipment used to serve and protect local residents.

Members devote many hours annually to training and service. The organization recognizes the commitment and dedication of these individuals who volunteer their time and effort for the benefit of the community.

As part of their efforts to give back, the Auxiliary donated calendars to residents of the FASNY Firefighters Home in Hudson, New York, as well as to local veterans in Poughkeepsie.

The visit provided an opportunity to connect with the retired firefighters who once dedicated their lives to protecting their communities. Sharing calendars was a small gesture of appreciation and a meaningful way to show continued support for the fire service family.

We are proud to honor those who paved the way and remain committed to staying connected with our extended firefighting community.

The Pleasant Valley Fire District expresses appreciation for the ongoing support from both the Pleasant Valley Fire Company #1 Ladies Auxiliary and the Salt Point Fire Company Auxiliary and takes pride in the strong sense of community found in Pleasant Valley.
