Daylight Savings Time |
| March 4, 2026 | |
| Four weeks ago, on Groundhog Day, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and predicted six more weeks of winter. As we approach daylight saving time, longer days are ahead. Daylight saving time will begin on Sunday, March 8. At 2 a.m., clocks will move forward one hour to 3 a.m., marking the shift to local daylight saving time. The Pleasant Valley Fire District reminds residents to change the batteries in their smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when they adjust their clocks. |
