Firefighter Nick Bava joined in June after sitting in his grandson’s new member interview and decided he wanted to join also.

He has already has completed his New York State Fire Police class, New York State Pump Operators class and is currently taking the New York State Basic Exterior Firefighting Operations (BEFO) class and is enjoying driver training to become one of our drivers.

Captain Ken Wallace did the traditional helmet shield swap the other day at Station #1.
