Recently the members of the Pleasant Valley Fire District trained on vehicle stabilization using Paratech rescue struts. Struts are tools that are used to ensure a vehicle that is on its side or roof will not move as rescuers are working around a vehicle and can be used to lift a vehicle to free an occupant.
