Congratulations Dutchess County Sheriff Adrian “Butch” Anderson On 50 Years Of Dedicated Service

December 1, 2020

This morning the Pleasant Valley Fire District congratulated Dutchess County Sheriff Adrian “Butch” Anderson on his 50 year anniversary of law enforcement service to Dutchess County. Sheriff Anderson has always been an advocate and strong supporter for all first responders, including the Fire & EMS service.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were limited on the events that could be held to recognize Sheriff Anderson’s achievement. To honor his 50 years of service and dedication to our County a small caravan, with his family and closest friends, drove from his hometown in the Village of Pawling and traveled to the Dutchess County Law Enforcement Center in the City of Poughkeepsie, passing by the Pleasant Valley Fire District honor guard.

We were honored to show our support and respect to Sheriff Anderson and offer our sincerest congratulations on his milestone anniversary.
