The Commissioners, Chiefs, officers and members of the Pleasant Valley Fire District would like wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe holiday season.

May the closeness of your loved ones, family, and friends fill your heart with joy and may your Christmas shine brightly with joy and goodwill! We all pray that the coming year brings more certain and happier times for everyone.

In addition, Merry Christmas to Americans of all faiths who serve in the Armed Forces of the United States and will spend Christmas far from home.

As Midnight on Christmas Eve approaches, they stand on a flight deck launching planes, piloting a helicopter, sleeping in a barracks, playing pool in the day room, walking a fence line or preparing a holiday meal in the mess hall so a homesick soldier will have a taste of home.
