NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION
LEGAL NOTICE
ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE PLEASANT VALLEY FIRE DISTRICT
ON DECEMBER 8TH, 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Pleasant Valley Fire District will take place on December 8, 2020 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Fire Station #1 located at 1619 Main Street, Pleasant Valley, New York for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 5-year term commencing on January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2026. All voters registered with the Dutchess County Board of Elections on or before November 16, 2020 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the District Secretary, Jennifer Broas of the Pleasant Valley Fire District at the firehouse at 1619 Main Street, Pleasant Valley, New York, no later than twenty days before the election, November 18, 2020. A candidate must be a resident of the Pleasant Valley Fire District and a registered voter in the Town of Pleasant Valley or Hyde Park.
