The members of the Cady family and the Pleasant Valley Fire District mourn the loss of Don Cady, Sr. who passed away on Sunday.

Public calling hours will be held Friday, August 5th from 4pm to 8pm at Allen Funeral Home located at 1605 Main Street, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. Full dress uniform is requested for firefighters.

A firematic service will be held at Allen Funeral Home at 6:45pm on Friday, August 5th. Full dress uniform is requested for firefighters.

Saturday morning a procession will escort Don from the funeral home to Friend’s Upton Lake Cemetery, 2565 Salt Point Turnpike, Clinton Corners, NY 12514 where he will be interred with full military honors. Those participating are asked to meet at Pleasant Valley Station 1 at 9am in full uniform and the procession will begin promptly at 9:15am.

A reception will follow at the Salt Point Firehouse located at 30 Cottage Street, Salt Point, NY 12578.
