Thanksgiving Day reminder...

The annual Mid Hudson Road Runners Turkey Trot is scheduled for tomorrow, Thanksgiving morning.

In Pleasant Valley this only affects Sleight Plass Road, South Road, Route 44 and Traver Road.

The Pleasant Valley roads are only part of the longer run with fewer runner course so you will not see road closures or police. Please use caution on these roads from 8:30am until noon.

In neighboring LaGrange, please avoid Dr. Fink Road, Freedom Road and Cramer Roads as there will be over 1000+ runners on three courses all starting at Arlington High School from 8:30am until noon.

Please drive extra cautiously around these roads tomorrow...
